Hi, just need some advice please.
I have a BH6 mobo (1.02) that has been recently full recapped, has the latest BIOS for Coppermine and has a Pentium III 733, which runs at 100 FSB at 550Mhz, along with a Velocity 100 8MB, Voodoo 3 drivers with the second TMU activated, fully stable.
I have ran it at 733Mhz with no issues at 133 FSB, 1/4 PCI divider, AGP at 89Mhz. I have ran many instances of 3Dmark 99/2000 and no issues, no instablity of reboots, artifacts or anything after hours of use.
I do have a VIA Slot 1 mobo Apollo 133, that can run the Pentium at 733 as officially supports 133 fsb, howeverthe BX does perform a bit better, but I can almost match it on the VIA board with tighter memory timings.
Is it work keeping the Pentium in the BH6, running at this speed, any long term damage to the board, the VRM etc, or should I just put it into the VIA board and have two slot 1 setups?
Thanks
