I recently sorted through my collection and found this vintage card, but I'm not sure what it's used for. It has a 3.5mm audio jack, a TMS5220NL chip, an 8-bit ISA interface, and no model markings on either side. The circuit board is quite roughly made. Can anyone help me identify what this card is for?

Googling the IC reveals that it (+ a ROM) was used in speech synthesizers. I don't know anything about this specific card though.
