I payed for Glidos yesterday... I was happy with it... I unlocked it... no problems so far... I passed some levels... everything was ok... Today, when I turned my computer on, my Glidos ID had changed... and the spinning logo had returned! What can I do? Will this happen everytime I reboot my PC? I went to the glidos site again, and unlocked it again, using the new ID... can I do this everytime I restart my PC, or is there a limit in the number of unlock codes I can get? 😢

Please help, Paul... all help is welcome... thanks... 🙁

The unlock service will let you unlock a second time... the problem though is if your ID keeps changing. If so, the problem will require a little more sorting out.

Would you download the attached program , run it, press "Test" and paste the results in a a reply? I may be able to figure out what's going on from that.

I´m in Ecuador at the mo, but I´ll sort this out soon as I´m back.

Could you run the test again, and post the results, so we can see what´s changing?

I'm still in Ecuador, so I can't look at this properly yet, but I thought I coped with the case your info indicates. You are using v1.41 of Glidos, right?

Actually I'm using v 1.39...

Is there a way to get my money back, in case you can't solve my problem?

Just delete your C:\Program Files\Glidos folder, download v1.41 from http://www.glidos.net, reinstall and unlock. All will be well.

Assuming I have the correct email address for you, I've just added another two unlocks to your account, so you should be all sorted now.

...When I try to unlock, it says : You have used your allocation of unlock codes...

Maybe you used the wrong e-mail address... The one I use for my Glidos account is NOT the same I use for vogons!

Is that the problem?

Do you want me to PM you the correct e-mail address?

Thanks.

BTW: The ID isn't changing anmore!
