Hi guys. Been having a hell of a time trying to get this card to work right on XP 32bit with this machine (Dell Precision 690), wondering if anyone has any knowledge.

I've installed the proper drivers and AverMedia Center 3D for this card, and that software just refuses to detect the card. It says "failed to find a tv tuner card".

I was able to get a signal from a VGA source with CyberLink PowerDirector, but the 800x600 signal was scaled to 480i, thinking it was a TV signal. There was no way to capture a higher resolution that I could find using the VGA input. I tried HDMI input with many resolutions, but it didn't detect anything.

Any information on how to get this card to work properly (or other (cheap)cards that may work for my purpose) would be greatly appreciated.
