Hi all!
I've recently picked up a lovely Roland SC-55, which I'm excited to compare against my trusty MT-32. I stumbled across the older thread here which advises removing the 2032 battery from this unit, so I just popped the lid off mine. Thankfully I can't see any sign of leaking in mine (yay!), but I also can't figure out the proper technique for actually removing the battery.
My SC-55 revision has the battery slotted into a vertical holder with a sort of flexible metal retaining clip, but the battery is really seated in there and there's nothing I can grab onto or lever against to pop it up / out. I've fiddled with a small screwdriver to try to lift it up out of the slot, but it's not budging and I don't want to put too much pressure on the holder itself.
Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
