Unable to run 3D Mark 99MAX with S3 Trio3D 4MB SGRAM (86C365). Exactly this one: https://www.vgamuseum.info/images/palcal/s3/365st300b.jpg

Direct X 7a, Windows 98SE.
S3 Trio3D Windows 9x Driver
Version * 4.10.01.2204-2.61.06 *

3D Mark 99MAX exits immediately after run the demo. Any of you who has such a graphics card and was able to run 3d Mark 99 MAX on it?

I did some more testing. When switch board from SiS5600 to i440BX it started to work on exactly same all software. Then this is not graphics driver but chipset or its AGP driver issue. I will open thread in general section.

Anyway @Matth79 thanks for the link, I will try the ISO for sure!

Check the registry to see whether CommandDMA is enabled; it often helps to turn it off.

Interesting then, the separate Intel and Sis/VIA driver sets...
