Just saw this and wanted to point out that, while it's probably true that some have it & some don't, it's not as clear-cut as saying "rev 1.04 supports 1.3V while rev 1.03 doesn't." For instance, I have two Asus P3B-F rev 1.03 boards that do support Coppermine CPUs / 1.3V out of the box, since they both come with the HIP6020ACB VRM controller.
Also, looking on TheRetroWeb, that particular 1.03 board (seen in the photos) comes with a US 3007CW controller, which also supports voltages down to 1.3V (and, in fact, Coppermine is listed on the "CPU family support" tab).
