Has anyone been successful in running Commander Keen 4 on an Olivetti M28 (286 with 1MB of RAM configured 640kb base memory and 384kb expansion memory in the BIOS (identified as extended by Checkit)) or an Olivetti M24?

It just crashes on the initialization screen before anything is populated. In the lower right quadrant of the screen where it shows "Memory Available to Game" I see xxxxx Kbytes for everything (Standard, Expanded, Extended, Total).

The solution mentioned there does not work for me and it's not the same machine. Its the same result if I boot from floppy with just bare DOS or if I load everything from the harddrive with himem.sys/qram.sys and autoexec/config.sys. All other games I've tested so far run fine.
