Googling the part numbers brings up nothing but a bunch of them for sale on ebay. Clearly it's PnP as there are no jumpers, but is it possible that it is actually a Winmodem (software based) as the WIN5602 part number would suggest? I was under the impression there was no such thing as an ISA Winmodem...

Think you might be right. I did google SM56 at one point earlier but all the results were PCI.

So ISA softmodems do exist?
