HI there, i'm thinkering around with an old pc chips M912 V1.7 motherboard and some ISA boards, all worked fine until yesterday when during boot i started getting the "CMOS system options not set" error, then it says RUN SETUP UTILITY, press F1 to resume, and when pressing f1 i should be entering the bios, but instead i get a black screen with a blinking cursor on the upper left, and after a few seconds the system reboots and the loop repeats. Sometimes during the blinking cursor screen i get weird, low frequencies repeated noises from the pc speaker. Anyone has any idea about what i can do to solve the issue? Thank you so much!

Could be a dying BIOS or bit rot, reflash and test again.
If still stuck try a different EEPROM.

Might be a silly question but did you check the battery? If you don't have a meter then simply replace it and see if it helps or not.
