I am hoping to resize a Windows 98 (SE) partition using the GParted Live CD on Virtualbox. I resized the VHD using Virtual Media Manager from 16GB to 32GB. When I boot into the live CD, it allows me to select keyboard layout and language just fine, and after that it is fine, until it creates X config, prints the video information, and starts local. It says I need a graphical environment to use GParted, and that I should type startx -- this would not be an issue if startx worked.
It prints the following errors:
(EE) Failed to load module "dbe" (module does not exist, 0) (EE) Failed to load module "extmod" (module does not exist, 0) (EE) […]
(EE) Failed to load module "dbe" (module does not exist, 0)

(EE) No drivers availiable.

XIO: fatal IO error 104 (Connection reset by peer) on X server ":0.0" after 0 requests (0 known processed) with 0 events remaining.
I am just booting off the live CD.
