Normally I don't have problems reading values from components on a motherboard. But this one is a bit strange/difficult to read.

There are around 8 of them on this motherboard. Mostly around IC's.

Does anybody know what value this is supposed to be?

Yeah, 100nF. Bypass caps on the power rail (5v ICs?)
