Hello, everyone.
I already made a similar post about a similar issue in the past, but the problem that I have right now is slightly different. So I decided to build myself a PC, which is based on a Premio 219F motherboard (MS-5124). It has been lying in my storage for about 2-3 years, and I finally found a use for it. I installed it in a new case, which I bought specifically for this project, and got it all wired up with the turbo button and everything (I still have to set up the correct speed on the speed display, but I'll get to that after I get DOS running so I can check what speed the CPU is running in). So after the initial board test I wired up a Gotek and a CF-to-IDE adapter, and the keyboard stopped responding. I thought it was caused by some issue caused by the newly installed hardware, so I removed it, and still nothing. Tried a different keyboard; still nothing.
The problem is that when I boot up the PC, all 3 diodes on the keyboard flash, and then they flash again after the memory test. That's all. The PC is not responding to any keyboard input.
At first I thought that it might be caused by the keyboard fuse, because I already had that issue with a different motherboard before, but this one seems to not even have it, so that can't be causing the problem.

Anything connected to the key lock pins? I think the first LED flash is an internal keyboard check and the second responding to the computer. If the keyboard isn't connected do you get a 'keyboard not detected' type message?

I do not get such an error, even with a keyboard disconnected. Yes, I connected the key lock becouse I was curious how it works but I thought it's broken because nothing happend when I turned the key. I'll check if that's what's causing the issue.
Edit: Yes, it was the key lock. It's because of my lack of knowledge. I thought it worked by somehow freezing up the whole PC, not just making the keyboard unusable.
