Tried playing the original Driver by Reflections Interactive without applying the official patch, but it won't start on Windows 10. Why is this?

Tried updating Driver to version 2.1 but the crash is the same. Are there ways to fix this crash?

It works for me in Windows 10 with nGlide 1.05 + libzplay.

I copied libzplay.dll and winmm.dll from tombati/glrage Tomb Raider.

My compatibility settings:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Layers]
"C:\\Games\\Driver\\Game.exe"="DWM8And16BitMitigation WINXPSP2"

Hope that helps.

Could be shenanigans by Windows Updates. I honestly never could solve such specific issues and just reinstalled Windows
