Finally I wanted test my Cyrix 133GP cpu and by occasion didn't find thread about potential mods. Maybe someone tried do something and can share own experience.

I built setup with Promise TX2 IDE controller (no bigger issues with Ultra 100/133) and industrial Sandisk CF card 1GB
As graphic Matrox G200. System seems work stable. WinQuake runs without hanging.
Later will try Voodoo1 but now I use Atx2ATConverter and power consuming is too high for it. Another goal is setup CT6200 and see it in real action.

Potential mods:
1) Soldering buzzer, easy thing but could be built-in jumper for disable it
2) Replace SIS chips with PR/NU revision. Is there any potential advantage over EDO support?
3) Cache L2 to 512/1MB. Is possible with interposer/wiring?
