Hello all is there anyone out there that can help me of which driver i should be using for the card listed above? I've been trying different drivers for it but none work on windows 95 and on windows 3.1 either they don't work, get a protection fault, or just get a black screen.

Make sure You don't have conflicting IRQ's. there is a IRQ9 jumper on the card, try that connected and disconnected and see if that makes any difference if drivers don't work.
Remove any unnecessary expansion cards to troubleshoot.

Atari 2600, TI994a, Vic20, c64, ZX Spectrum 128, Amstrad CPC464, Atari 65XE, Commodore Plus/4, Amiga 500
PC's from XT 8088, 486, Pentium MMX, K6, Athlon, P3, P4, 775, to current Ryzen 5600x.
