This was removed from the AST Premium 3+P/75 host. Memory 、CPU、 The power confirmation is OK, basically confirming that the motherboard is broken.
I don't know where to get information on this old hardware? What are the ways? I want to try to fix it. Or is the probability of repair very low? Should I give up?

When power is turned on, both the CPU and graphics card chips will heat up, and a faint continuous alarm sound will be heard. The monitor cannot receive signal output

If the board is getting power and beeping that's a reasonably good sign it can be fixed.

Do you have a POST analyzer card and a multimeter?

Sorry to ask, but did you test without the RAM sticks, since there seem to be some already soldered onto the motherboard ?
Also, it is not visible to the eye but polymer capacitor can be dead.

Here's a potentially naive question: Is it necessary to remove a capacitor or IC from the circuit board to determine its quality?
In addition, there are E1-E12 jumpers on this motherboard, but I don't know what their functions are. Is there a way to obtain the manual for these old hardware?
