So see the attached picture for better visuals. Me and my BF got this SIIG IDE controller card for the 486, and we wanted to use the game port on it. However the game port we got has a broken wire and we don't want to/feel like fixing it.
Every single internal ribbon cable for a game port is FC-16, or a 16-pin cable. But apparently they came in 10-pin versions like shown here (the port next to my thumb in the close up picture). I cannot find anything about these online nor can I find where we might be able to buy one. I can find 16 pin ones as I mentioned, those are easy enough to find. I know Serial ports (COM ports) were 10 pin ribbons but not game to my knowledge.
Anyone know where I might get one of these?
