I don't remember exactly where I got mine, I probably bought it on eBay. For example, this seems to be correct https://www.ebay.es/itm/297376210228. It is a bit expensive for just a piece of metal, but is hard to find ISA brackets nowadays.

You can also 3D print one, but the result will be uglier (in my opinion).

EDIT: it seems to be available also in Mouser and Digikey. You can find it as "keystone 9202". If you need to order more components maybe you can include it to save shipping costs.
