I have Syquest 88MB and 270MB unit.
With the 88MB unit blinking this error:
Spindle motor failed to start
Its true, dont rotate the disc.
With the 270MB unit the problem is the head cannot move to disc surface.
As i see, there is two little white material on both head, and its on the way, when tried move to disc.

What dhould me to try fix this two drive?
