These are both surprisingly fun games (with some caveats).

My daughter loved playing Hidden Folks with me. The art work and scenes are memorable and very well done.

We also had a good time with TRDS, but there was an update released at some point a few years ago that required most of the vehicles in the world to be unlocked through game progression to be usable. Doing the actual jobs\deliveries is super tedious because of the awful controls, but just messing around in the game world was fun... so, if you can find a save file (or cheat\mod) that unlocks everything at the start you'll have a fun open world game to just mess around in. I'd recommend it for that, especially if you have an immature sense of humor and\or you have kids. Whether you'll want to actually progress through the game or not will depend on your tolerance for bad controls and physics

EDIT: Oh, nevermind! It seems like they have since added a Free Play game mode that doesn't require any unlocks. It is definitely worth grabbing then. It is not a "good" game, but it is a "fun" game if running around wreaking havoc is your thing...

Finished this (I think), and FYI, it's got a good dollop of mutilated naked female corpses. Has some censorship bars over the genitals, but I feel like that deserves a content warning.

Just curious, how can get this specific list of games on steam? There are thousands of free games, but I can't figure out how to find ones that were recently made free.

I use my RSS Reader which has 500+ web sites. If a site posts that a game is free on steam then I tag it, check it, then post it here if I remember to do so.

Click the % column to order the list with the highest discounts first and you'll see the games that are currently 'on sale' for 100% off, if any.
