Please help me identify this 1.22mb 5.25" drive from first half of the nineties

Is there any stickers on the back around the power and cable connectors ?

Single density drive (360KB). I'm 99% sure that this is a Mitsubishi M4851A variant.

The M56635 is higly integrated spindle pwm chip form the 90's. The head servo is a rotary stepper which is a bit odd on these late 5.25 inch drives but they probably had to use one instead of a modern stepper due to the cast drive assembly features.

The drive works good, the only thing I can assure you is that it can read 1.2mb disks.
