I recently bought this retro PC (https://theretroweb.com/motherboards/s/olivet … i-ba013-m300-02) and when you power it on, it does nothing. Power LED for the HDD flashes and the starts it spins up, but no beeps or video signal. I tried following things:

• Recap the mainboard
• Socketed a CR2032, old one was still good, but previous owner ripped off the positive terminal, cannot imagine a reason for this (¿?¿?)
• Reflow all the contact of the RAM chip on the Bank 0, it doesn't more RAM installed.

I also notice there is botch wire on the back of the mainboard, underneath the IC ICS90C64V, and a trace were the wire is attached is cut. Is this from factory?

So I don't know how to continue. I appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.
