Looking for this old Gigabyte's BIOS flash utility, but unfortunately, it wasn't saved by WM.
Or in case it was, but anyway now there's nothing there.

Only found "Universal Flasher" with the pretty similar name, but it's definitely another one utility:

Found it in BIOS update for an old motherboards (ironically, it's still available for download from official website), here are two versions:
