Just got a sidewinder 3D pro at a flea market today. Noticed that it wasn't working on my Win98 rig. Google-fu brought me here.
Tried all 48 drivers. Only the following are working on my system:

#13 - "0" & "99" (both working)
#14 - "0" (only)

Tested with Fury3 & Monster Truck Madness.

System Specs:

Kinetiz 7E (Via KT133A) on latest Bios (v4.1LCP)
AMD Athlon T-bred 2400+ @ 2.00GHz (fsb: 133MHz / 266MT/s)
512MB RAM
Win98 SE (4.10, Build 2222)
DirectX 9.0b
Audigy 2 ZS

Very nice to have this thing working on my retro rig.

I am in the process of changing/upgrading this system, at wich time i will test all 48 drivers again.
