It appears around this time there appears to be a missing cap on C62. If anyone who is highly knowledgeable about the voodoo II and voodoo cards, which cap values it is and it’s function.

Solution was found: a person on Telegram found the exact capacitor that was needed and it is 100nF 25v X7R, in 0603 package for C62.
