I just received this card a couple days ago. I have not had a chance to test it but I have been looking for drivers and though I think I found where they were, they are no longer available to download. So far searching through a few different driver archives has not turned up anything.

If anybody is able to help with the drivers / software / manual for this, it would be greatly appreciated.

Based on the FCC ID and some other info I ran across, it seems to possibly be:
Genoa Systems G-Vision DX

FCC ID : FB8MG6100 - Filed on Oct 20, 1994
https://fcc.report/company/Genoa-Systems-Corp
https://fcc.report/FCC-ID/FB8MG6100/
"VESA Local Bus VGA Card w/Sound Maximum resolution: 1024 X 768 non-interlaced."

The FCC site is down currently due to the government shutdown so I am unable to look at the actual filing.

Here are some pictures:

The attachment 1000003877.jpg is no longer available
The attachment 1000003876.jpg is no longer available
The attachment 1000003875.jpg is no longer available

Possible mention of it in an article in this magazine - starting at page 165:
https://vintageapple.org/pcworld/pdf/PC_World … 7_July_1995.pdf

This article says it is MPEG only though so maybe this is a different card entirely?

The archived Genoa download site... of course the files were hosted on an ftp.

DriverZone.com - text from the readme file:

Instructions on how to re-create the GVisionDX factory disks with these files:

GV-DSK1.EXE
GV-DSK2.EXE
GV-DSK3.EXE

If you are reading this, then you have already Un-Zipped the main file:
GVISDX12.ZIP

All you need to do now is re-create the floppy disks 1, 2 and 3.

You should make sure that all the above listed files (and this one you are
reading now) are in an otherwise empty directory. This directory should
be named "C:\INSTALLL" or "C:\TEMP" or something like that, and there
should be no other files present in this directory.

Now, have 3 blank, formatted 3.5" 1.44Mb Floppies ready to go, and label
them "GVision DX Disk 1", "GVision DX Disk 2", and "GVision DX Disk 3".

OK, now you are ready get the data onto the floppies.

1. Put the disk you labeled "GVision DX Disk 1" into your floppy drive.

2. From a DOS prompt (make sure you are 'in' the same directory as the files),
Type this command:

GV-DSK1.EXE -d a:

This assumes your floppy drive is 'a:', but it might be 'b:' for you.
You should see that the data is being copied to the floppy.

3. When its done, take out that floppy and put the disk you labeled
"GVision DX Disk 2" into your floppy drive.

4. From a DOS prompt (make sure you are 'in' the same directory as the files),
Type this command:

GV-DSK2.EXE -d a:

You should see that the data is being copied to the floppy.

5. When its done, take out that floppy and put the disk you labeled
"GVision DX Disk 3" into your floppy drive.

6. From a DOS prompt (make sure you are 'in' the same directory as the files),
Type this command:

GV-DSK3.EXE -d a:

You should see that the data is being copied to the floppy.

When its done, you will now have copies of the 3 original factory disks!

So, you should now be able to install the software according to the Owner's Manual.

Enjoy!
