I have this beautiful 6OXET-C that came with a ATI 9200SE 1.13GHz Tualatin. It was advertised as PS2 keyboard port not working. Well I got the PS2 port working with some deoxit. To my horror, I could only get a video signal with the 9200SE. I tried a range of cards, TNT2, GF2, GF3 Ti500 (VisionTek), Voodoo 5500, 9700 Pro. None of them displayed video (the post card says the machine has booted up fine). I then tried another Ti500, an Nvidia green reference and it displayed a video signal. I also tried a different monitor with the other cards but no luck.

So the only cards that work with this motherboard is a Ti500 (Nvidia green reference) and a ATI 9200SE. The motherboard is in physically good shape. Caps "look" fine too. I've updated the BIOS to the latest version. I've also cleaned the AGP port multiple times with deoxit. I've tried different PSU's (old with massive 5v rails and modern PSU's). What could possibly be wrong?

Changed memory sticks and cleaned the CPU socket, tried different CPU's. Did a visual inspection on the microscope around the AGP slot and everything looks good. Removed one of the 330uf 25v caps neat the AGP slot to test and it's 100% in spec. Ran a thermal cam over the board and temps look fine. Double confirmed the motherboard is booting perfectly and thinks the video card is fine, the monitor is just not picking up any signal.
