Here is what I have seen so far:

- Cobra Mission
- Biing
- Wet the sexy empire 1 and 2
- Larry 1-7 (with 4 to be so dirty it vanished)
- Dime City

My all time favorite: Dime City with the uncut patch

I played and finished Knights of Xentar , I also remember I applied some patch to make it more spicy 🤣
I remember I liked the game, it was not that bad as an RPG for it's kind

Famous patches to "spice" things up are also worth mentioning ... tomb raider... cough... 😀

It's not *smut* but has a reputation for being gooner bait: Zenless Zone Zero. It's not my favorite of all time or anything but it's kept my attention consistently since release.

Sexsonic and Vida-X. 😏

I am aroused about any X86 motherboard that has full functional ISA slot. I think i have problem. Not really into that original (Turbo) XT,286,386 and CGA/EGA stuff. So just a DOS nut.
PS. If I upload RAR, it is a 16-bit DOS RAR Version 2.50.

Strip Poker III, an old DOS game. I discovered that you could rename certain files to reorder the images in-game, so my opponent would start the game pre-stripped 😋

One could say Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis counts. There's suspiciously flesh colored "sphere" accessories that have a wide range of size, attachment and rotation options, and endgame phashion is competitive....

Finally finished Larry 1 with a walk though few years ago, was surprised how little sex was actually in the game!

Played Traffic Department 2192 back in the 90's with the promise of "adult content" teen me was disappointed that it was just slight swearing and sexual references in the cut scene dialogue.
The game itself was ok though, reminded me of Zone66

I think the hot coffee patch minigame in GTA SA, was kind of fun and in keeping with the theme.

Yeah, feels practically PG or PG-13 at most.

And the thing was more controversial than all the shooting and chaos you can cause in the game. People make no sense.

Gagboy (a.k.a . XTET). Always enjoyed the Larry games when I was younger, too.

Almost anything published under Giga's "Team Baldrhead" label. They are all incredible experiences. Personal favorites are "The Armor of Glittering Clarias," "Material Brave," and "Duel Savior Justice."

Most of the library are Japanese only, but there are English fan patches for Duel Savior Justice, Xcross Scramble, and Baldr Force SE.

Also, Baldr Sky was officially published in English on Steam and is therefore the most accessible, but it's not my fave.

If you want to try just one, go with Duel Savior Justice. It just gets better and better until the final true end. Can't recommend it enough.

Also I must give a shout out to the horror classic Divi-Dead. It's honestly nothing too special, but it was the game that got me into the "serious adult" genre. Still proud to have my original English version CD that I bought directly from Himeya Soft back in the day.

The old - and barely remembered - MegaTech Software DOS games from the 90's. They were localizations of slightly pervy Japanese titles, the most prominent of which was "Knights of Xentar", which had a fully-voiced talkie CD version and a floppy disk version with no voices. I had KoX (JRPG) and "Metal & Lace: The Battle of The Robo-Babes" (Arcade-style fighting game with mech-elements).

Anyone tried Aurelia? It's a quite recent title.
