Was there any Development for a general use WinG32.dll wrapper with ddraw support that wasn't the HOMM patches?
With the wake of winVDM i find it strange that no one has tried to make a wing32 to d3d/vulkan/opengl32 yet.

Regarding software OpenGLs:

- TinyGL had an update last year after 20 years (!!!!)
- PortableGL, which is more of a library and covers OpenGL 3.0
- There's something called swGL which shows GL 1.3 support, but no binaries and is for VS/Windows only

New (free) version of TitaniumGL with 64-bit windows support has been released.

This name needs to be disambiguated, because it's from jarikomppa/dxwrapper, whereas there's exists a much more famous elishacloud/dxwrapper.
