I am going to try this in my Mitsubishi 286XT 8MHz (Dead ringer to Sperry 8MHz XT).

Tempted to just drop it in..but do you have any recommendations to the settings of this board?

It didn't work just dropping it in. The graphics card gave a blank screen.
