Hello people, I need some help with repairing this motherboard I bought (these are not my photos as it is still in transit), as you can see there is a significant amount of damage to the board, but the main issue here is the capacitors, I am not Shure what the specifics of the caps are, I know I want some polymer ones from Panasonic but I want to replace all of them, plus I want to replace the vrms because I have reason to believe some are bad. I am wondering if anyone out there can help me with this, any knowledge is greatly appreciated!

That board is a mess.... not sure I'd have the heart for it...

Job one clean it up. Remove the caps that someone had attempted to replace and clear all the plated through holes.

I'd give the underside a really good inspection before wasting too much time on it. I see a lot of deep scratches which could be cut traces needing repair... If they are, decide if your up to it and if you can be bothered...

Then replace all the missing caps and see if it POSTs

Knowing from who it came from (I was the one to get the KT7A-RAID from the same seller, and did want to get this one too but seems you beat me to it) don't have high hopes in getting it to work.

That's one heck of a job, your going to (hopefully) fullfill here.
Seems like all caps next to the CPU-slot have been removed already and one has been replaced with a mismatched form factor.

This is how that board SHOULD have been populated:

Have fun and (I really doo cross all my fingers!) successfully revive that thing. At least here in Germany the BE6-II was one of the first boards to fuel the BX chipset with significantly more than 100MHZ bus. Quite cult that board over here next to the "allbeknownst" ASUS P2B.

i was able to find someone with the board! they were able to help me find all the info i needed! (also this photo is very useful! however this is the 2.0 so it might be different.) now i just need to figure out a cooling solution so i can push this Tualatin to 1.7!

along as the gouges aren't deep i could probably bridge them, or atleast i could try 😀

Max 8mm diameter.
Limit height to max 15mm next to slots, in your case those closest to the CPU slots, elsewhere it doesn't matter.
Pin spread is most likely 3.5mm, but can be 5mm, measure to be sure =)

The caps marked for vcore are parallel mounted to reduce ESR, and can benefit from low ESR caps.
The rest wont matter, just use quality components.
