I built a retro machie on widows xp with ATI card and run ito problem. Ati Catalysty Control Center needs .NET 2.0 to work. Each installer i find tries to download something during installation and fails (i found small few MB one and bigger 231 MB). Is there any way to find really complete installer and install this on Win XP?

All links i find are dead 😒 Also i read that for xp it is better to have 3.5 and it should include 2.0 anyway?

It depends on if you have any programs that need 3.5 and how much crap you want to load.
If you want the .NET 2.0 that is in .NET 3.5 SP1 then "dotnetfx35.exe" is what you want. Keep in mind there are updates for 2.0SP2 after that.
