I grabbed Boot-1.44M.img from mt420.iso (https://www.memtest.org/download/archives/4.2 … 6+-4.20.iso.zip) and renamed Boot-1.44M.img to bzImage. I then ran loadlin.exe .\bzImage

MemTestX86 loads but gets stuck at this screen with a flashing cursor top left of the screen. Never used loadlin.exe before so am I doing something stupid? (yes, I know I could just run it from a CD or USB stick but I need it running from a DOS 6.22 disk along side normal DOS apps).

The attachment IMG_0758.JPG is no longer available

Do you run it on a 486?
Then try memtest86+ version 4.10
4.10

Running it on a AMD Athlon 64. Memtest86+v4.20 runs fine on the same machine using a bootable USB. Witchery also loads fine using LOADLIN on the same machine (although it uses a initrd parameter?)

Found the issue, I was supposed to be using MEMTEST.IMG from the ISO, not Boot-1.44M.img
