ICR2 widescreen 21:9 now working and 16:9 cockpit view has changed:

- The cockpit is working at 21:9, 32:9 and has been revised for 16:9.
- Dosbox-staging-Rendition should run with displaced sprites with the patched ICR2. This error will be fixed in another test build.
- The exterior of the car while driving won't change colour to match the current car. This will be fixed in a later build.

Dosbox-Rendition is the preferred version of dosbox, at least for the moment.

No, I fixed that the way you suggested. I last tested it in March and the game started up OK.

I still haven't figured out why the menu screens don't update. The game uses front buffer rendering but for some reason, updates don't render something. It can sometimes be triggered by sending a spurious WM_TIMER command but even that's not entirely reliable. It's almost like the device context is locked, though I don't entirely know how that's done.

DxWnd had two techniques to refresh a not refreshing screen: 1. automatically force refresh on every primary surface blit, 2. something I don't understand but it required using the Time Stretching settings, and helped the game Die by the Sword which refresh on only mouse movement
