Hi all,

I've never been able to get my Audigy 2 ZS Platinum Pro I/O Console to output any sound, e.g., through the headphone jack. Over time, I've had two separate console boxes with two official cables. The console powers on (there's a green light), but I've never been able to get any audio output. Not sure if there's anything configuration-wise I'm missing or if it's possible just an issue with the PCI card itself, which works fine when using its line-out socket. Any ideas? I've tried on both Windows 9x and XP.
