Where to legally download the freeware release of Area 51 (2005) and a patch to legally remove the online DRM?
i'm not sure there is anywhere legal as such, you'd have to take chances and search. i remember this game, it seems to have disappeared. its on the gog dreamlist though: https://www.gog.com/dreamlist/game/area-51

I have this game . Its another one I found at value village for a few bucks. I started to play it after finishing Blacksite Area 51 which I really enjoyed. Finding out the alien is voiced by marilyn Manson was cool. I didnt get far into the game but its on my list of games to beat

This game was a nice find. It's nothing special, and it's too short, but it is fun, and not too demanding.
They also released the fantastic third person shooter/psychic-power-'em-up game 'Psi-Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy' into the public domain:

It's well worth a download and play. And the feeling of disappointment that such a great game with a pretty good story never received a sequel.
