Can anyone with one of these boards confirm that a 133mhz fsb cpu will not work? I want to try to run a tualatin 1.266 in it, i know it would only clock at 950mhz, but thats way better than 450mhz!

Yep, it'll work at the reduced clock rate.
I have a Dimension T series with that motherboard, and in the past I've had a PIII-1200 running @ 900 in it. The BIOS identified it as a Pentium Pro (and likely at some wacky clock rate) but other than that, there were no issues. CPU-Z and a suite of benchmarks confirmed everything was kosher.

Awesome! There is some older page about upgrading dell xps T and R series, and it repeatedly says these computers onlt accept a cpu with a 100mhz bus!
