Once the Tandy detection routines (if present) have been removed, the most primitive approach would simply scan for "E6 C0" in uncompressed, unencrypted code and replace it with "CD C0", but there can be false positives.

Note to self: Finally put the Tandy emulation routines from Planet X3 OSE in a TSR!

That should work if I can manage to adjust "E6 C0" to "CD C0" instead of "0E0" as shown here.
