Trying to play Freespace 2 on a Windows 98SE machine. I'm falling down on the 3D acceleration requirement as the setup doesn't detect my Geforce 4 card. I have the 1.20 patch installed.

Is there any way to fix this?

How new are your forcewares? nvidia did a dumb around the 6x/7x versions and broke stuff. Also make sure DirectX9's installed

I’m running the 45.23 driver on it. DX9 is installed.
