I don't think so, because Dos - boxing HAL 9000' "Mega Buildů" setting-off(start) Windows 95 plus 98 I would needed there emulation Nvidia or Ati or voodoo.
ATI had 2D acceleration in Mach chips, and nvidia had the NV1 chips. But I guess that no game made use of 2D acceleration, and NV1 games are scarce (mainly Sega games).
From a DOS perspective, it is far more interesting Voodoo 1 and 2...
