I have the game installed, and it will run from DOSBox. Unfortunately, the game stutters and lags badly. The speech is really choppy and the cursor moves like it's made of lead. Is there some setting I need to change to get it to work better?

core=dynamic and cycles=max also helps, but it might make the game run too fast, which case just use cycles=10000 or some other fixed number.
