Could work i think. Just adds a chunk of rom that will override the bios routines. But i guess you could also just boot from a floppy and then load a tsr that will do the LBA translation

I'm not about to shell out 88USD to find out, but I'd rather have a hard rom than a TSR. :p

I found the device interesting nonetheless.

I have seen the very same card some 3 months ago for 35usd. I got it but did not actually tested it as of now... I have an IBM 386sx machine that sees up to 540MB , I will give it a shot when I find the time...
