Hello,
I've been trying to get the game sounds to work, but just part of them work. For example, I can't hear the bombs blowing up. I have changed in the DosBOX config file the sound adapter, I tried every of them and no success.

Anyone can help?
Post some info first.
What kind of info?
The lotto numbers for next week?

Would that help?
Yep.
Generally, if digitised sound isn't playing, it's a mismatch between the simulated Sound Blaster's IRQ (7 by default) and DMA (1 by default) and those of the game (sometimes configured for IRQ 5).

Okay. Thanks, Kippesoep.
Oh, by the way, when I asked "What kind of info?", I meant what do you wanted me to post. I'm sorry if I didn't make myself clear.
Everything that is relevant, like what dosbox version you are using,
how you installed the game, what you already tried etc.
I'm using the latest version of DOSBox.
I've already tried all the types of Sound Blaster to emulate and no sucess: all I get is the game music, but no sounds.
I'm running the game directly from it's .exe, didn't install anything at all.
Tried to change the IRQ from 7 to 5, and no success.
Dyna Blaster works fine here with stock DOSBox 0.72 build and default options, both sound and music.
I'll try that, thanks. 😉
Edit:
Tried that, still no sound. 😒
Scratch everything you have done so far. Reset settings in your dosbox.conf to default values. Then ....
Read my 60 Seconds Guide to DOSBox (and don't just read it - follow it too).
If that doesn't help, come back with details on how you mounted your C and D drives, how you did the install, how you configured sound, music etc.
Reading the aptly named README file will be a good idea too.

Alright.
So, I reseted the config file and still no sound.
I have read your 60 seconds guide, and I have done everything like it says there. Dyna Blaster doesn't have a setup/install file for sound/music configuration.
I have also read the readme file. I changed core to normal and fixed the cycles at 2000, and yeah, there's sound now. That's great indeed, although I don't get one thing. Quoting from the configuration file (dosbox.conf):
# core -- CPU Core used in emulation: normal, simple, dynamic, auto. # auto switches from normal to dynamic if appropriate. […]
# core -- CPU Core used in emulation: normal, simple, dynamic, auto.
# auto switches from normal to dynamic if appropriate.
# cycles -- Amount of instructions DOSBox tries to emulate each millisecond.
# Setting this value too high results in sound dropouts and lags.
# You can also let DOSBox guess the correct value by setting it to max.
# The default setting (auto) switches to max if appropriate.
I guess auto definition would do the thing, which is the original definiton of the file when you download DOSBox, correct? According to what is written in the file, auto definition 'guesses' the needed definitions, right?
Edit:
Now, I have restored the default settings, core on auto and cycles on auto and there's still sound, 🤣. 😖
Yeah nice.
To avoid starting another thread, I can't get the sound effects on Wizkid either, just music.
You should open separate threads for each game.
Intel i7 5960X
Gigabye GA-X99-Gaming 5
8 GB DDR4 (2100)
8 GB GeForce GTX 1070 G1 Gaming (Gigabyte)
Just hoping that not every of those threads is created because he didn't
use a standard setup in the first place.
