Which version of DOSBox are you using?
How did you install the games in DOSBox?
Exactly what do you type into DOSBox to start these games? (What mount commands did you use?)
Did you configure the games before you started them?

1. See the topic title.
2. Just put them in a folder and ran them from there.
3. C:\oldgames and D:\ -t cdrom
4. In the games I've tried they were auto configured.

5. Are you sure that the problem is Win7-related?

I was actually thinking it was dosbox related, the program worked for me before up to this morning when I started getting that error.

I've been using build 7000 of Win 7 since it came out and so far Dosbox works pretty well here. Other unofficial builds were reported to be a little messed up regarding virtualization.

Was it working with the same versions of Windows/DOSBox?
What changed? Did you modify the config file? Did you try to re-install DOSBox?
Could you detail the timeline exactly?
