While this technically isn't anything new (Kega Fusion, BSNES, and Nestopia have had similar effects for a while), it's nice to have an Atari emulator adopting effects like these. It really goes a long way toward making the games feel right.

For me, having a clean image is one of the few things that emulation does right. I can always plug one of my original consoles into a crappy 13" crt tv and play it that way to get the original blurry feel of the game. That is something I don't miss.

Having options for both is nice.

i don't remember the blurriness like this from a real 2600. I guess this is more of a faux-filter. Blargg's filters are more believable than this.
