I just installed and unlocked Glidos, and am enjoying it. I couldn't play TR1 or TR1gold at all since i installed mu Radeon 7200. When I inserted the CD, the install screen just presented as VESA psucheceliic gibberish. I still get that with the opening logos and the fmvs, but the ingame movies are perfect, and the graphics and ambient sound and music are phenominal! Worth the ten bucks, easy!
But, is there any way to cure the fmv display problem without messing up the game display? I fear that if I took out the VESA comand, it will mess up the game. Maybe you know about issues with the Radeon cards - help if you can. I do hope you decide to release the unlock codes someday, but till then, it's money well spent.

The worst thing that can happen by removing that line is having the game not work until you replace it. 😀

Yes, it’s my fault.

What's the distinction between logos fmvs and in-game movies? By logo you probably mena the eidos one and the escape one, but which things are fmvs and which in-game movies?

Lara and Larsen's conversation at the end of the first level is an in-game movie. The break-in sequence that follows is an fmv.

Okay, I get you.

On my laptop, I'm seeing some of these problem too, but only if I set the Gamma away from 1.0

Well, someday I'll delete the VESA command line and see what happens. But I've seen the FMVs a million times before, and I'm just enjoying the game now.
