Wing Commander 3 movies' sound keeps skipping

I recently found the original 4 disc game and wanted to play. I got it to run with no problems except the sound during movies keeps skipping. During the setup in DOS i noticed that it mentioned the CD-Rom speed being too fast and that it could hinder on the quality of the game. Could this be the reason? Is there a way to change CD_Rom speeds manually?

EDIT: Oh and I did make an image file in put it in Daemon Tools. Same results.

EDIT2: Used DOSBox 0.73. Same results

Tried with fixed cycles at like 30000?

1+1=10
