About a year ago, I posted a msg about blood no longer working on my XP rig: Can't run Blood - DOS4GW error

I just tried again using the latest version of glidos. No dice, same error.

Am I correct in assuming Blood no longer works under Glidos? Is anyone running Blood, and if so what are your specs?

It's not so much that it doesn't work under Glidos. It's whether it works under XP at all, which seems to depend on video drivers. It's worth trying each time you update your video drivers.
