Does the imgmount command support either a environmental var, or a config option to have a common directory to store ISO images? I find it a pain to always have to type in the full path to ISO images.

Forgive me if this was brought up elsewhere.

I already do use batch files to automount for many of my games, but I find that not very portable between my Linux and Mac boxes.

No, but you could try relative addressing. (isos are checked on the mounted directory and the cwd)

Yes, good tip. If I move the whole ISO directory into my virtual c drive, then yes, it is trivial to just imgmount d C:\ISO\FOO.CUE etc.

if you mount your isos with daemon tools it is even more trivial:

mount d i:\ -t cdrom
And always keep this line in dosbox.conf autoexec section.

On the Mac, mount them in Finder, then:

mount d /Volumes/NameOfISO -t cdrom

If you want to mount them in DOSBox without mounting them in Finder first, then follow these steps:

if your ISOs are located in your users folder (most likely in the documents folder within the users folder), then

mount d ~/PathToISO -t cdrom

while ~ means your users folder.
